Membership in our In-House Discount Plan is available to all patients without commercial dental insurance. After payment of the annual fee, members will receive the following:

20% Discount Off Our Usual and Customary Fees*:
A treatment plan will be provided in writing for all recommended procedures displaying the regular fee and the disconted rate.

Adult: $389/year
Couple: $719/year
Child: $319/year (up to 15 years)

Membership fees are expected in full at the time of signing. Membership runs for 1 year from date of purchase. Discounts begin immediately and remain in effect for one calendar year. Members will be notified one month prior to membership renewal.
